Praying for Rain

Father, thank You for Your refreshing rain on the dry places in our lives. Thank You for raining down provision, blessing, hope, wisdom, joy and peace. Give us strength to stand strong in You as Your plan unfolds for our lives in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Psalm 68:9 "You, O God, did send a plentiful rain; You did restore and confirm Your heritage when it languished and was weary."

Prophecy #1 "The Word I'm Getting for You is LOVE."

Angie offered to prophesy over 10 people today on SOTS. As an admin of the site, I kept order for her then encouraged her since she was offering to do this for others.

I told her, "I love your heart. It's beautiful!  ♡ Thank you for giving of yourself and reaching out with love to the Lord's children. He adores you and you're His daughter in whom He delights and takes great pleasure. You make Him smile, and He is SO PROUD of you!  ♡

She responded with the following, "LOVE THE WORD I'M GETTING FOR U IS LOVE !!!! U LOVE LIKE I LOVE !!! U REACH OUT TO THE OUTCAST AND SHOW THEM MY MERCY !!!! U R WINNING SO MANY SOULS FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD I'M SAYING GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT U R!!!!"

This touched my heart because all this month I had been praying, "Reduce me to love," and the description she gave matched how I try to live intentionally and the the desires of my heart. 

The Supernatural #1: Jesus Speaking

In a dream, Jesus was speaking to me. I woke up with excitement, because I had wanted to experience Him. As I woke up and found myself awake in my room, and He was still finishing His thought! 

Word of Knowledge #1: Hip Pain

Activation #1: Seeking more intimacy with the Lord- SOAKING

By “intimacy” we mean that we are drawn into a closer relationship with Lord, giving ourselves to Him, body, soul and spirit. Through this intimacy, we are able to experience Him. He is able to show us things and teach us things in His timing.

Begin by simply setting aside 10 minutes in your day. Find a comfortable area away from activity (lie down on your bed, or sit in a comfortable chair, close your eyes). You may be in silence (this works best for me) or you may choose to put on some soft worship music.

Pray the following prayer out loud to invite His presence:

“Lord God, I love You and I seek You with all of my being. Thank You for the many blessings in my life. Thank You for the joy that comes from loving You. Draw me closer to You Lord. Keep me humble in heart! Help me to see You, hear You, to taste and smell Your goodness. Touch me in a way that establishes good communication with You. And increase the anointing in my life, so that I may have experiences of You that inspire me to inspire others, always in an effort to serve You and Your Kingdom, fulfilling the destiny You have planned for my life. You are an awesome and brilliant God! Thank You for hearing my prayer and I invite Your presence with me now. In Jesus’ name….AMEN.”

After you pray this prayer, simply do nothing. Allow the Lord to be with you. You need not pray (you’ve already done that!). There are many possibilities of what could happen next. The Lord is so creative. He will let you know He is with you. This time may be simply a feeling of rest or tranquility as He pours out His love. You may fall asleep and He may give you a dream. You may see a vision, hear His voice, sense His touch, smell a fragrance, or taste something new. No matter what happens, it is good. You are spending time with Him and this is His desire, to become more intimate with you, because He loves you SO much!

Fuel from Heaven - Grace

I am going to share with you one of the most life changing things I have ever done! Here's the secret: before I get out of bed, first thing in the morning, I say, "Father, I ask for and receive Your abundant grace for this day and evening."

Sounds simple, right? It is, and it works! You see, there is sufficient grace made available to us for the abundant life, but we have to ask for it. I was challenged to try this recently and the results have been astounding! The challenges in life don't stop, but this causes it to feel like they can't touch you anymore.

If the difficulties we face were like a stone being thrown at us, when I don't do the above, it feels like a boulder, and when I do it is more like a pebble. Either way, we still encounter challenges in this life, but their impact doesn't have to be as great.

Prayer for Increasing Intimacy with the Lord

The Lord seeks intimacy with each of us. I feel led to pray a prayer for anyone who would like their intimacy with the Lord to grow, asking for more anointing in your life. May the Lord bless you all.

Vision #1: Pink Cupcake with White Pearls "GLORY"

I had my first vision last night! It lasted two seconds. Was a quick flash unrelated to whatever I was dreaming about before. The color was so bright, that I woke up immediately after at 1:15 am. It started with me holding a cupcake with intricate pink icing (that might have had edible white pearls on it) close to my mouth and taking a bite. When I did, the brightest white light I've ever seen exploded like a firework out of it, engulfing me and everything else in the picture with this big circle of light. I heard the word clearly, "GLORY." This woke me up. It seemed like an instant impression lasting only 2 seconds: bite-BOOM!
